I have a Friend who is my Daily Bread.

I have a Friend who’s promised “forever” and whose promises ring true.

I had a friend who would text me to say “goodnight”;
I have a Friend who wrote me a book to tell me so much more.

I had a friend who was like a brother;
I have a Friend who is closer than a brother.

I had a friend who meant the world;
I have a Friend to whom I owe my whole world.

I had a friend who told me “I love you”;
I have a Friend who loved me enough to give His life.
